Why #inspiredfor5 and not a 5-day challenge?
While I am not opposed to challenges, so much of life can be challenging. Who wants or needs to add more challenges to it! Instead, why not feel excited, giddy with a belly of butterflies and use those feelings to propel you into being curious, moving out of your comfort zone, trying new things, living your intentions and achieving your dreams! This is why I choose to be focused on inspiration. I want moments in my life that light me up and make my body tingle! Maybe you feel the same? It doesn’t mean it is always easy, and often it can be challenging to achieve a goal or create change. It’s just that going in with a mindset of being inspired is a whole lot more motivational and kinder! I am a believer the language we use helps us frame things. However, use the language that works best for you because this is about you! And my wish for you is for you to live each day as the healthiest, happiest, most vibrant version of yourself, and when life challenges arise, you have the skills and tools to overcome them.
